Jason Wuestenberg: Jason is a 21-year veteran of the Phoenix Police Department and has been a Sergeant since 2008.  Jason is currently assigned as the supervisor for the Rifle Training Squad where he supervises four full-time rifle instructors and manages the department's patrol rifle program consisting of 350+ rifles.  Jason has been a full-time firearms and tactics instructor for half of his career, obtaining over 20+ instructor certifications. Jason has trained local, state, and federal law enforcement personnel and firearms instructors nationally and internationally.  Jason is also the Executive Director for the National Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors Association (NLEFIA).

David Jordan: David is a 15-year veteran of the Phoenix Police Department.  David served as a full-time firearms instructor prior to being selected as the department's Safety Unit.  As the Safety Officer, David is responsible for the safety and training of the department's Dive Team, PPE / SCBA program, and EMS program.  David is a certified paramedic in Arizona and national registry, NREMT.  He is an NAEMT instructor and certified to teach their LE / military related medical courses.  David started the department's Tactical Casualty Care (TCC) program for patrol officers and the SWAT team.  Within the first year of implementation, the department documented over 20+ legitimate live-saving tourniquet applications.  David has presented modified versions of the TCC program nationally for specialized groups such as bomb technicians, paramedics, hotel security, etc.  David is on the Board of Advisors for the National Law Enforcement Firearms Instructors Association (NLEFIA) and designed the Live-Fire Training Casualty Care course for the organization.

William Petty:  William was recommended by WSLEFIA member Stacey Hartford of the RCMP. Senior Instructor William Petty began his Law Enforcement career in 2003 in Albuquerque, NM. While there he served as a Firearms Instructor, an Emergency Response Team member, and was also a member of the department’s shooting team. In 2011, Petty relocated to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates where he worked as a Counter Terrorism Instructor with the Critical National Infrastructure Authority.

Petty is currently assigned to patrol and serves as his department’s Range Master and primary Instructor. He is a Texas Tactical Police Officer’s Association Instructor and adjunct for several Regional Police Academies. As the National Director of Law Enforcement Training for 88 Tactical, William plays a key role in developing our cutting edge LE/MIL curriculum, and teaching it around the world.

Kevin Williams: Kevin is a former Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) from the 75th Ranger Regiment. He served as a Machine Gunner, Grenadier, and Fire Team Leader. Kevin’s military education includes completion of Ranger School, SERE Level C, SOT, and the Jumpmaster course. Kevin works to stay current and continues to develop and refine his shooting skills. His civilian firearm training includes operator and instructor level courses with 10-8 Consulting, Bennie Cooley (CRTC), the Surefire Institute, EAG, TMACS INC, Way of the Gun, among others. He is also an NRA certified Range Safety Officer. Kevin has assisted in the planning and execution of pre-deployment training for various military units as well as provided instruction in small arms employment and tactics. Kevin works as a firefighter in the Pacific Northwest and serves as a medic for an area SWAT team

Jason Paletta: Jason has over thirteen years of law enforcement experience with 7 of those years being assigned to SWAT. Jason is a certified Armorer for Glock handguns and the AR-15 series rifle. Jason's past assignments consist of Department Range Master, Gang Detective, Tactical Baton Instructor and Taser Instructor. Jason left Law Enforcement from 2011 to 2013 and served as a High Threat Diplomatic Security Professional which included an assignment as a member of the U.S. Ambassador's Protection Detail in Baghdad, Iraq.
